Every horse
owner has
a first
horse story
and ours
is not unlike
many of them "it
all started
with a little
Arabian
gelding
for Christmas" and
over a short
period of
time is
the beginning
of what
we hope
will be
a recognized
breeding
program
not only
here in
the northwest
but nationally
as well.
We are very
proud of
our horses
and specifically
this year’s
foal crop.
We have
some exiting
things beginning
to happen
and will
be showcasing
them on
September
16 at our
first Open
House and
Sale.
The key
focus is
simply enjoying
the horses.
This is
absolutely
the number
one goal.
All of our
horses located
at our farm
in Snohomish
are ours
and we enjoy
each and
every one
of them.
We show
at Scottsdale,
several
local shows
and take
in a couple
of Regional
shows each
year as
well as
Youth Nationals
and U.S.
Nationals.
What we
do first
and foremost
is a family
activity.
Dawn and
Brittnay
enjoy showing
in performance
classes
and I enjoy
the breeding
and the
farming.

We
currently
own
31 horses
with
a mixture
of show
horses,
breeding
horses
and
future
show
horses
for
sale.
Our
farm
is located
in Snohomish,
Washington
only
45 min
from
Seattle.
The
Pacific
Northwest
is a
great
place
to raise
horses
with
so many
things
to do
in such
a short
distance
it makes
both
a great
place
to live
as well
as visit.
We
own
and
breed
performance
and
halter
horses.
We have
some
exiting
things
beginning
to take
shape
in a
shape.
We have
several
future
purebred
English
horses
prospects using
Zodiac
Matador
mares
crossing
with
Pension
that
are
destined
to make
a impact
in the
performance
arena
as well
as in
the
breeding
barn
as they
are
all
fillies
which
in the
times
in which
we are
breeding
I would
call
future
performance
breeding
mares
and
incredible
asset.
We intend
on using
them
as show
horses
and
possibly
using
our
up and
coming
stallion
Nyte
of Temptation (A
Temptation
X Toi
Jabaska)
on them.
In addition
in the
past
several
years we have acquired some
outstanding mares such as
Verakia and Iacy Sams to be
used with our newest addition.
I
had
been
looking
for
several
years
for a stallion
to call
our
own. I have
read stories
of having
the ideal
Arabian
horse
in your
mind
and then
simply
looking
for
it or breeding
for it.

In
January
while
taking
a much
needed
holiday
at Brookville
Arabians
in Scottsdale,
I simply
sat
down
on a
sofa
while
my wife
was
getting
a halter
lesson
popped
in a
video
and
couldn’t
believe
my eyes.
I truly believed
at that
moment
I had
seen
a video
of the
most
beautiful
charismatic
Arabian
horse
I had
ever
seen
and
he was
only
3 months
old
running
around
the
pasture
with
one
of the
most
beautiful
charismatic
Arabian
mares
I had
ever
seen.
I asked Robin where is this
horse and she promptly said "In
the barn would you like to
see him" Robin brought
him out and he
had everything I envisioned.
perfect legs, beautiful
head, an upright shapely neck,
short back, sharp pointed ears,
not even a spec of white,
a eye that you could look
deep into and a powerful
rear end that allowed him
to move with elegance and
pride ( he was now just 7
months old). We purchased
Staarwan (Marwan Al Shaqab
X C Starlite Bey) that afternoon.

It is our
hope that
our breeding
will bring
a different
look into
the show
rings in
our region
and abroad,
English
horses that
are well
trained
with high
slow rolling
front ends
and a deep
powerful
backend,
Halter horses
that enter
the ring
with resolve
and excite
every horse
owner in
the stands,
Horses that
bring all
people together
to celebrate
each accomplishment
regardless
of the magnitude.
We are
very fortunate
to be involved
with such
professional
people as
at Brookville
Arabians.
The professionalism
of Robin,
Matthew
and Chris
are outstanding,
coupled
with the
hospitality
of David
and Annabella,
truly make
Brookville
Arabians
an outstanding
place to
visit, unwind
and view
some of
the most
beautiful
Arabian
horses in
the world.
